ILOILO City – The 45-year-old Jennifer Lee was accused of violating the Social Security Law, a police report showed.
Police served her a warrant of arrest in Barangay San Rafael, Mandurriao district at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday.
Lee, a resident of Barangay PHHC Block 22 NHA, Mandurriao, was charged with violation of Section 28 of Republic Act 8282, which indicates punishable acts, including misappropriation, misrepresentation, and refusal to pay or misusing SSS remittance.
Judge Victorino Maniba of the Regional Trial Court Branch 39 issued the warrant of arrest. The court granted the accused a P72,000 bail bond./PN
