BACOLOD City – He allegedly sold drugs to an undercover police officer in Villa Barbas 1, Barangay Zone 2, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.
The 37-year-old Gilbenhur Maningo was caught around 8:15 p.m. on Sunday in a drug buy-bust operation that officers from the Cadiz City police station staged.
Maningo, a newly identified drug suspect, sold a sachet of suspected shabu for P500, police said.
When frisked, he yielded two more sachets, added the officers.
Maningo was detained at the lockup facility of the Cadiz City police station and facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
