Theft suspect falls in La Paz

ILOILO City – A resident of Barangay Baldoza, La Paz district was arrested for a theft charge.

The 19-year-old Earl Dayupay was accused of committing the crime in San Lorenzo town in Guimaras, a police report showed.

Officers from the San Lorenzo police station served Dayupay a warrant of arrest in Baldoza at 11:48 a.m. on Aug. 23.

Dayupay was detained at the La Paz police station and set for transfer to the San Lorenzo police station.

The court set the bail bond for the suspect’s temporary liberty at P6,000.

In June last year Dayupay was also arrested in Barangay Cabano, San Lorenzo, Guimaras for a robbery charge.

At the time he was accused of committing the crime in La Paz district.

He was listed as the No. 10 most wanted person at the La Paz police station.

Dayupay was detained in the same district police station. The court set his bail bond at the time at P24,000./PN
