ILOILO City – Ruben Castracion was detained at the police station in Janiuay, Iloilo.
The 33-year-old resident of Barangay Jibolo, Janiuay has been wanted for an attempted homicide charge, a police report showed.
Officers served him a warrant of arrest at their house at 9:50 a.m. on Monday.
Judge Steven Cercado of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court issued the warrant and set the bail bond at P12,000./PN
