ILOILO City – A crash between a tricycle and a motorcycle in Barangay Lanit, Jaro district hurt a 65-year-old man.
Franklin Rubio of Barangay Lapayon, Leganes, Iloilo was confined in the Iloilo Mission Hospital in Jaro. He sustained head and body injuries.
Rubio was driving the tricycle when he met the accident at 7 a.m. on Wednesday, a police report showed.
He was making a U-turn without noticing the incoming motorcycle driven by Jimmy Delicana with Arthur Dela Cruz as back rider, the report stated.
Delicana and Dela Cruz were from Jaro and heading toward Oton, Iloilo at the time.
Delicana was detained at the Jaro police station./PN
