BACOLOD City – For allegedly stealing a rice cooker in a supermarket, a resident of Talisay City, Negros Occidental was arrested.
The 36-year-old Barangay Zone 13 resident Gerrold Divinagracia was caught on Thursday after he took the rice cooker worth P1,999 without paying it, police said.
Officers from the Talisay City police station were able to catch Divinagracia before he got out of the supermarket located in Barangay Zone 12.
Divinagracia was detained at the police station’s custodial facility./PN
