ILOILO City – Hernan Soberano has been wanted for a murder charge.
On Sunday the 32-year-old resident was arrested on Mabini Street, City Proper.
Officers served him a warrant of arrest at around 11:05 a.m., a police report showed.
The court did not recommend a bail bond for the suspect’s temporary liberty.
Soberano was hauled to the detention facility of the Iloilo City Police Office’s Police Station 1./PN
