BACOLOD City – A man accused of homicide was nabbed in Barangay Quezon, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
He was the 50-year-old resident Roger Patenio, a police report showed.
Patenio was caught around 3:30 p.m. on Saturday on the strength of an arrest warrant that Judge Amy Avellano of the Regional Trial Court Branch 57 in San Carlos City issued on March 13, 2017.
The warrant was issued in relation to Criminal Case No. RTC-17-6402 that Patenio faces.
Patenio was detained at the custodial facility of the San Carlos City police station.
The court recommended a P40,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
