The equipment which is used to detect and trace the fetal heart rate and uterine contraction was donated by The Rotary Foundation in Antique.

The donation was part of the Rotary International’s Global Grant, said Panaligan.

Timing gid nga wara nagagana ang fetal monitor ka aton ospital,” she added.

The information that healthcare providers get using the fetal monitor helps them decide whether or not to intervene in the birth process.
