BACOLOD City – Police arrested a man who is facing murder charges in Sitio Cambogui-ot, Barangay Camindangan, Sipalay City, Negros Occidental.
The 36-year-old resident Joebert “Allan” Herrera was nabbed around 6 p.m. on Friday.
Herrera is charged with multiple frustrated murder and murder, a police report showed.
He was caught on the strength of arrest warrants that Judge Fernando Elumba of the Regional Trial Court Branch 61 in Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental issued on Oct. 25, 2012.
Herrera was detained in the lockup facility of the Sipalay City police station.
The court did not recommend a bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
