BACOLOD City – No bail bond was recommended for the temporary liberty of a man charged with rape in Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental.
The 40-year-old Romeo Mirano Jr. was caught at his residence in Barangay Buenavista, Himamaylan City around 8:45 a.m. on Friday, a police report showed.
Officers from the Himamaylan City police station staged Mirano’s apprehension on the strength of an arrest warrant that Judge Walter Zorilla of the Regional Trial Court Branch 56 in Himamaylan City issued on June 30, 2016.
