BACOLOD City – The motorcycle he was riding crashed against another motorcycle on Osmeña Avenue in Barangay 6, Victorias City, Negros Occidental, a police report showed.
The 29-year-old Ricardo Palomar sustained serious injuries and was rushed to the Ikaayong Lawas Foundation Hospital in Victorias City where he was pronounced “dead on arrival.”
Palomar was on board a RUSI 125 motorcycle driven by a 16-year-old resident of Barangay 10, Victorias City when the crash happened around 7:38 p.m. on Friday.
They crashed against a Honda motorcycle that the 23-year-old Carlo Cardinal of Barangay 17, Victorias City drove with passenger Art Genovia, 28.
Cardinal, Gneovia and the 16-year-old minor were injured and brought to the Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital where they were currently under treatment./PN
