BACOLOD City – Police arrested a man who allegedly stole a cellphone in Barangay 36.
Barangay Singcang-Airport resident Melvin Cosio was detained in the custodial facility of Police Station 1.
Cosio was accused of stealing the 45-year-old Mary Jean Medel’s cellphone worth P900 on Tuesday, police said.
On the same day, Medel – a resident of Barangay 36 – reported to the cops, leading to Cosio’s arrest./PN
