ILOILO City – A heated argument during a drinking binge led to the fatal stabbing of a laborer.
Teo Arabadon, a resident of Barangay Gogo, Estancia, Iloilo, died of stab wounds on the stomach and back, a police report showed.
Police identified his drinking buddy, the 31-year-old Rex Dela Cruz of Barangay Tabugon, Estancia, as suspect.
Both had an altercation while having drinks in Barangay Tabugon at around 4 p.m. Monday, prompting Dela Cruz to attack Arabadon, police said, citing witnesses.
Dela Cruz later turned himself in to the Carles police station./PN
