BACOLOD City – Cadiz City police arrested a jobless person in a buy-bust operation around 2 p.m. on Oct. 31 at Cadiz Heights Subdivision Phase 2 in Barangay Tinampaan, Cadiz City.
Chief Inspector Rocky Desear, Cadiz City police head identified the suspect as Abdon Buhawi Ceballos, 43, of Purok Kabugwason in Barangay Zone 3, Cadiz City.
Police confiscated from six sealed sachets of suspected shabu, including the buy-bust item bought in exchange for P500 in marked money.
The seized items have a market value of around P5,000.
The suspect was detained at the Cadiz City police station custodial facility and charged with violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
