ILOILO City – A hand grenade was found next to a warehouse in Barangay Loboc, Lapuz, a police report showed.
An unidentified boy found the explosive beside the CPT Warehouse.
The explosive – a corroded but unexploded MK2 fragmentation grenade – was turned over to the Explosives and Ordnance Division of the Police Regional Office 6.
Officers from the La Paz police station went to Lapuz upon learning about the discovery via phone call from a radio broadcaster./PN
