BACOLOD City – The 72-year-old Genaro Tarog Teorima Sr. has been charged with rape.
Officers arrested him in Purok Paglaum, Barangay II Poblacion, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental, said Superintendent Jonel Guadalupe, Kabankalan police head.
Police served him a warrant of arrest at around 7:30 p.m. Monday.
Presiding Judge Rodney Magbanua of the Regional Trial Court Branch 61 (Kabankalan City) issued the warrant on Jan. 13, 2017.
Judge Magbanua recommended no bail for the suspect’s temporary liberty.
