ILOILO City – Rufino Caludio was arrested on Thursday.
He has been charged with “reckless imprudence resulting to damage to property,” a police report stated.
Police served the resident of Barangay Gines, Zarraga, Iloilo a warrant of arrest at around 11:30 a.m.
Caludio was detained at the municipal police station after officers caught him in Barangay Malunang, Zarraga.
The court recommended a P20,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty.
It was not immediately clear as of this writing if Caludio has posted bail./PN
