Bizman Donald Dee dies at 72

MANILA – Businessman Donald Dee has passed away, the Employers Confederation of the Philippines (ECOP) said late Saturday. He was 72.

Dee served as the president of the ECOP, Phoenix Resource and Management Corp., and Pan Pacific Airways.

He was also honorary chairman and chief operating officer of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and a former council member of the ASEAN Business Advisory Council-Philippines.

Dee also served as special envoy for trade negotiations under former president Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo and as commissioner of the Social Security System from 2001 to 2010. (ABS-CBN News/PN)
