BACOLOD City – Five suspects, including two minors, were apprehended in a buy-bust operation on Monday yielding about P120,000 worth of suspected shabu.
Police Station 7 arrested Robert Yusay Jr., Catherine Padigus, and Henry Cañete, as well as two minors, on Monday at Purok Kabugwason, Barangay Mansilingan, here. All five were residents of this city.
Seized from the suspects were ten plastic sachets of suspected shabu, an improvised tooter, a coin purse and P500 in marked money.
The two minors were turned over to the Women and Children Protection Desk of the Bacolod City Police Office. Meanwhile, Yusay, Padigus, Cañete have been detained at the Police Station 7 lockup facility, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
