ILOILO City – Two men got injured when the van they were riding crashed against a tree in Barangay Cadagmayan, Santa Barbara, Iloilo.
Yesterday’s crash landed the 45-year-old Rex Layson of Barangay Fundidor, Molo, Iloilo City and 28-year-old Julius Espinosa of Barangay Zaldivar, Buenavista, Guimaras at the Qualimed Hospital.
According to a police report, the incident happened around 1:40 a.m.
Layson was driving the van bound for Janiuay town. He lost control of the vehicle, the report said.
Layson and Zaldivar were recuperating as of this writing./PN
