ILOILO City – Accused of stealing a laptop, a man was arrested in Barangay Bolilao, Mandurriao district.
Resident Johnly Martinez ended up inside the lockup facility of the Mandurriao police station.
It was Renzo Bitoon who turned Martinez over to the police when he caught him stealing the laptop worth P45,000 around 4:30 a.m. on Thursday.
A theft charge will be filed against Martinez./PN
