ILOILO City – Two fishermen were rescued after the boat they were riding capsized in the sea waters of Barangay San Roque, Anini-y, Antique.
They were identified as 55-year-old Jerry Baat Sr. and 20-year-old son Jerry Jr.
The Baats are residents of Barangay Nalundan, Guimbal, Iloilo.
Big waves smashed against the boat the Baats were riding, causing the vessel to capsize on Friday morning.
Rescuers in Antique brought the Baats to safety around 9 a.m. that day./PN
