BACOLOD City – His brother-in-law found him lying on the street lifeless in Sitio Tapol, Barangay Salong, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental, police said.
The 50-year-old resident Armando Sidel Sifulan died of stab wounds on the left arm, chest and ribs, a police report showed.
It was around 6 a.m. on Monday when Sifulan’s 66-year-old brother-in-law Marcus Geroso Malunes found him on the street unconscious with a bottle of whiskey beside him.
Sifulan was brought to the Lorenzo D. Zayco District Hospital in Kabankalan where the attending physician pronounced him “dead on arrival.”
