ILOILO City – He had been hiding for four years, police said.
Eleuterio Casera of Barangay Poscolon, San Rafael, Iloilo was arrested around 9 a.m. yesterday.
Officers from the San Rafael municipal police station served Casera an arrest warrant the court issued in relation to his charge for violation of Republic Act (RA) 9287.
RA 9287 is an act that increased the penalties for illegal numbers games, amending certain provisions of Presidential Decree No. 1602.
Casera was detained in the San Rafael police station lockup cell.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
