ILOILO City – Three individuals were arrested in an antidrug operation in Barangay Poblacion Norte, Balasan, Iloilo.
Yesterday’s operation staged by the Balasan municipal police station led to the recovery of suspected shabu valued at around P24,400.
The suspected illegal drugs contained in two big sachets were confiscated from Poblacion Norte residents Jesus Albert Tolentino, Jeryl Bucayan and Alfonso Doctura, a police report showed.
The suspects were nabbed after they sold the suspected shabu to an undercover officer around 12:30 p.m. on Jan. 17.
When frisked, four more sachets of suspected shabu and a cellphone were seized from the suspects.
Police also impounded a motorcycle the suspects used in their illegal drug operations./PN
