ILOILO City – She was caught collecting bets for the illegal numbers game bookies in Barangay Poblacion, Estancia, Iloilo, police said.
The 30-year-old resident Julieta Alisla was arrested around 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, a police report showed.
Officers from the Estancia police station chanced upon her collecting bets from residents, the report added.
They recovered gambling paraphernalia and bet money which reached P495 from Alisla’s possession.
