ILOILO City – A laborer has to get his right leg amputated after he figured in an accident while driving a payloader truck in Barangay Balabag, Sta. Barbara, Iloilo.
The 31-year-old Dennis Olden of Davao City had his right leg cut at the Western Visayas Sanitarium in Sta. Barbara, a police report showed.
His left leg was also fractured after he lost control of the payloader that went down a hilly portion of the village around 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
According to the police, it was Olden’s companion who was originally driving the payloader.
No other persons were hurt in the accident./PN
