BACOLOD City – In Purok Colo, Barangay Tiglawigan, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental, two drug suspects were arrested on Friday.
Police identified them as 38-year-old Jecel Quiachon, a “high-value” target, and 29-year-old Warbin Garcia.
Quiachon and Garcia – both residents of Barangay Tiglawigan – were arrested in a drug buy-bust operation around 10 p.m., a police report showed.
The antidrug unit of Cadiz City police station staged the operation that led to the recovery of two sachets of suspected shabu valued at P3,500.
The P1,000 marked money was also recovered.
The suspects were detained in the custodial facility of the Cadiz City police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
