BACOLOD City – In Barangay Bata, a man was found dead, a police report showed.
He was identified as the 65-year-old Abelardo Eliha.
Eliha’s body was already in the state of decomposition when found inside his house around 9 a.m. on Tuesday, the report stated.
According to police investigators, Eliha died due to a liver illness.
