BACOLOD City – A man was found dead in Sitio Calatong, Barangay Cabadiangan, Sipalay City, Negros Occidental.
Police identified him as 32-year-old resident Bernie Loremia.
Loremia sustained stab wound on the chest and lacerations on the throat, a police report showed.
According to investigation, his body was found beside a river about 200 meters from his house around 7 a.m. on Tuesday.
Officers from the Sipalay City police station were still investigating the death./PN
