BACOLOD City – He lost control of his motorcycle and crashed against a post.
Kenneth Tangayan, 19, was killed in a road crash in Barangay Quezon, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
Police said Tangayan was driving his Kawasaki Bajaj motorcycle when he accidentally hit an electric post around 12:32 p.m. on Tuesday.
Tangayan was brought to the San Carlos City Hospital where the attending physician declared him “dead on arrival.”/PN
