BACOLOD City – A minor was killed in a road crash in Purok Bomba, Barangay Salvacion, Murcia, Negros Occidental.
Police identified him as 16-year-old Danny Boy Ortega, who died of head and body injuries.
According to investigation, Ortega was riding a motorcycle driven by 18-year-old Christian Gallego that hit a cargo truck on Monday.
Gallego and Ortega were brought to the Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital in Bacolod City where the attending physician declared the latter “dead on arrival.”/PN
