BACOLOD City – Three persons were killed and other was injured in a road crash in Barangay 5, La Carlota City, Negros Occidental.
Police identified them as 64-year-old Felomino Ortega, 62-year-old Rosemarie Ortega, 20-year-old Joshua Garcera and 38-year-old Joselito Demerin who all sustained body injuries.
According to investigation, Joshua was driving on a motorcycle when he hit a tricycle driven by Felomino with passengers Rosemarie and 38-year-old Joselito Demerin on Saturday.
They were brought to the Don Benedicto Memorial District Hospital in La Carlota City where the attending physician declared Felomino, Rosemarie and Joshua dead on arrival.
Joselito is currently receiving a medical treatment./PN
