ILOILO City – A foreigner was found dead in his rented rented house in Barangay Balabag, Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan.
Police identified him as the 54-year-old Estonian national Toomas Teder.
Teder – whose body was found by house owner Cazpar Cadastic at around 9:45 a.m. on Tuesday – works as a kite board instructor in Boracay.
No injuries were found on Teder’s body. The police investigators were still determining the cause of his death./PN
