ILOILO City Dancesport Team took home a total of 15 medals, including five golds, during the FIBA Amateur League 2019 Dancesport Championship over the weekend at SM City Davao.
Kyle Eric dela Cruz captured a gold medal in the Under 16 solo category, while Joemel Jan Magallanes bagged a silver medal and Dana Angelica Galfo took home a bronze medal.
Dela Cruz and Magallanes also captured a gold medal in the Under 16 synchronize duo male event, while Galfo and Jared Gener bagged a gold medal in the female category.
Magallanes and Galfo, meanwhile, settled for a silver medal finish in the Junior Under 16 Grade B category, while the pair of Dela Cruz and Gener ended up at fifth place.
In the teacher-student category, Gener and Matias Balbastro Cutanco ended up with silver medal, while Galfo and Cutanco had bronze medal in the pre-amateur and amateur rising star event.
