CURRENTLY starring in a film about one woman’s self-discovery through life, Nadine Lustre said she was happy with all the positive feedback her first solo project “Ulan” has been getting.
“Sobrang iba siya eh. Hindi siya yung your usual na klase ng storya. Hindi siya parang yung simple na script lang. Kakakiba siya talaga,” she said.
For her next project, Nadine said they have been getting ready since late last year for a dance-themed film called “Indak.”
“‘Indak’ is more on dancing so parang musical ang dating niya. Very exciting din siya. Kasama din dun si Sam Concepcion and then the other Viva artists, Hashtag Vito, Nathan Eugenio, basta marami. Puro taga-Viva silang lahat and of course yung G-Force kasama din namin,” she said.
For her next film, Nadine admitted one of the new challenges is having to learn to speak Bisaya for her role.
“Sobrang hirap niya actually. But there are parts in the movie na Bisaya talaga kami mag-usap nila Ms. Yayo (Aguilar) kasi siya yung nanay ko sa movie so meron kaming mga conversations na Bisaya pero limited lang kasi medyo mahirap nga siya. It talks about parang yung passion ng mga mananayaw sa Pilipinas, how very passionate they are. But I’m not allowed to spill pa kasi baka masabi ko lahat eh (laughs),” she said. (Push)
