ILOILO City – He was caught collecting bets for an illegal numbers game in Barangay Buga, Leon, Iloilo.
The 53-year-old resident Johnny Cabrias was arrested around 10:35 a.m. on Thursday, a police report showed.
Officers from the municipal police station caught him collecting bets for the bookies, the report added.
Recovered from Cabrias’ possession were P715 bet money and gambling paraphernalia.
Cabrias was detained in the custodial facility of the Leon police station./PN
