BACOLOD City – A man was killed in a “hit and run” incident in Barangay Alicante, E.B. Magalona, Negros Occidental.
He was Boy Batersal of Barangay Pasil, E.B. Magalona, who sustained head injuries, police said.
According to police investigation, a white Starex vehicle hit Batersal after he lost control of his driven motorcycle around 7:20 p.m. on March 29.
Batersal was brought to the Silay City Provincial Hospital for medical treatment where the attending physician declared him “dead on arrival.”
Officers of the E.B. Magalona police station have yet to identify the suspect who fled after the incident./PN
