ILOILO City – A man charged with two counts of attempted homicide surrendered to the police in Mandurriao district.
Roberto Basa, a resident of Mandurriao, turned himself in around 8:15 a.m. on April 5.
He was detained in the lockup facility of the Mandurriao police station.
The court recommended a P12,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
