ILOILO City – He was charged with qualified theft.
The 25-year-old convenience store employee Acer John Dofitas of Barangay Sinikway, Lapuz was caught not registering their sales around 12:05 a.m. on Sunday, a police report showed.
His fellow employee in the convenience store located in Barangay Kauswagan, City Proper was the one who arrested Dofitas.
The suspect did not issue a receipt when a customer bought items from the store, police said.
Dofitas was detained in the lockup facility of Police Station 1./PN
