BACOLOD City – Police arrested a robbery suspect in Barangay 40.
He was 22-year-old Alfonso Lizares of Barangay 35, a police report showed.
Police recovered the stolen cellphone and P1,500 cash from Lizares on April 19.
Lizares was detained in the lockup cell of Police Station 6, facing charges./PN
