BACOLOD City – Police arrested three drug suspects in a sting operation in Barangay Mahalang, Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental.
Six sachets of suspected shabu were recovered from 31-year-old Anthony Geminiano,
50-year-old John Espana and 37-year-old Rocky Boy Agoyong, a police report showed.
They were nabbed after they sold suspected illegal drugs to an undercover officer for P500 on April 21, the report added.
When frisked, the suspects yielded an improvised shotgun with live bullets and drug paraphernalia.
They were detained in the Himamaylan City police station’s custodial facility.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, will be filed against Geminiano, Espana and Agoyong./PN
