ILOILO City – After days of surveillance, the police decided to subject a drug suspect to a buy-bust operation. It was successful.
Thirty-year-old Reagan Cubero of Barangay Jibao-an, Pavia, Iloilo was arrested and detained at the municipal police station on April 30.
An undercover police officer initially bought from Cubero a sachet of shabu for P1,000.
Four more sachets were recovered from the suspect during his arrest at around 1:40 p.m.
