BACOLOD City – A “high-value” drug suspect was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Banago.
Seven sachets of suspected shabu valued at around of P125,000 were recovered from 59-year-old resident Carmen Custodio, police report showed.
Custodio was nabbed after she allegedly sold illegal drugs to an undercover officer around 12:30 a.m. on May 2.
Aside from the suspected illegal drugs, a coin purse, a cellphone and other drug paraphernalia were also seized.
She was detained in the lockup cell of Police Station 3.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against Custodio./PN
