BACOLOD City – Charged with three counts of rape, a man was arrested in Barangay Old Sagay, Sagay City, Negros Occidental.
He was 37-year-old resident Nuklar Alvarado, a police report showed.
Alvarado was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 5:05 p.m. on May 15, it added.
He was detained in the Sagay City police station’s custodial facility.
The court recommended no bail for Alvarado’s temporary liberty./PN
