MORE than two weeks ago, Kim Chiu was playfully teased by her “It’s Showtime” co-hosts over Gerald Anderson who was then a guest at the noontime show.
Anderson was part of the judging panel for the segment dedicated to aspiring actors to promote his new movie, “Between Maybes.”
In case avid fans of the former couple are wondering what transpired after the teasing and when there were no more cameras focused on them, Anderson was more than glad to share it to the viewers of “Tonight with Boy Abunda.”
As he appeared on the late night show Friday, host Boy Abunda asked Anderson if it was true that he approached Chiu after the program.
“Oh yeah,” he said wearing a full smile.
Sharing what they actually talked about, Anderson said: “Sinundan ko siya just to greet her a belated happy birthday. May small talk na konti and we were talking about ‘yung nangyari sa stage.”
Does he still feel awkward when people tease them since they were formerly in a relationship?
“Nakakatawa lang. Nakakatuwa kasi siyempre wala ako dito ngayon if not for her. To have that kind of dynamics pa rin, it’s nice,” he explained.
It has been years since Chiu and Anderson have broken up.
Both of them are already in a new relationship. Chiu is with Xian Lim, while Anderson is with Bea Alonzo. (ABS-CBN News)
