BACOLOD City – A mother and her 4-year-old daughter were separately found dead in the river in Binalbagan, Negros Occidental.
The 24-year-old Jonafe Bisario was discovered lifeless floating in Barangay Canmoros around 10:30 a.m. on Monday.
Her daughter Nichole meanwhile was found in Barangay Marina around 4 p.m. on Sunday.
Based on initial investigation, the victims were believed to have been drowned.
Officers of the municipal police station said Jonafe was suffering from nervous breakdown./PN
