BACOLOD City – The court recommended a P40,000 bail bond for the temporary liberty of a man facing illegal drug charges in Barangay Granada.
The 47-year-old Joselino Mosqueda of Barangay Vista Alegre was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant on Friday, police said.
Officers of Police Station 5 served the warrant which was issued by Judge Eduardo Sayson of Regional Trial Court Branch 54 in Bacolod City dated April 1, 2019.
Mosqueda was detained in the custodial facility of Police Station 5./PN
