ILOILO City – Inside the hospital was where a man landed after he accidentally shot himself in Barangay Talanghauan, Cabatuan, Iloilo.
Jonel Tusalem, a resident of Barangay Talanghauan, was brought to the Western Visayas Medical Center in Mandurriao district for treatment.
According to the police, the incident happened around 9:50 p.m. on June 14.
Tusalem was drunk inside his house when he wielded his 12-gauge shotgun. He then accidentally pulled the trigger, hitting himself on the left thigh, the police said./PN
